When you search for a city, that search term is sent to weather data providers (see below) to return a forecast — it is not stored in a database or linked to your identity. Standard technical data is collected automatically, including your approximate location (derived from IP address), browser type, device type, and pages visited. A session cookie is used to remember your current weather condition for visual display purposes (such as showing clouds or rain animations) and expires when you close your browser.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so it can be removed.
